TERMS & CONDITIONS:
QUOTES;Customers accept that all quotes are subject to
travel/availability/extras in addition to original quote where applicable. -Generally
no two quotes are the exactly the same and valid for 7 days only. -We do not respond to
spam emails/competitors/tyrekickers/timewasters etc-we receive lots of inquiries & do not
have time to respond to dodgy forms. BOOKINGS; ONCE A CUSTOMER HAS MADE A VERBAL AGREEMENT VIA
EMAIL OR BY PHONE (or any other medium) using the phrase..."go
ahead and book me in" or similar phrasing
and/ or gives/agrees to payment options and/or GIVES CREDIT CARD DETAILS, it is assumed that the customer has INTENDED to proceed
with the booking, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
from this point on. A CANCELLATION FEE may also be applicable if the customer simply changes their mind or the
booking is canceled for whatever reason.(It takes time & effort to organize a booking.
Often we lose bookings if there is a cancellation that has taken up that timeslot etc). -Require min $100.00 or 10% deposit whichever is the greater (non-refundable)to secure booking.
Balance paid either before or on the day, unless prior arranged with Management.
PAYMENT OPTIONS; MASTERCARD/VISA plus 3% Admin Levy/Chq/M.O E.F.Transfer/C.O.D HIRE PRICES; Subject to change without notice. HIRING TERMS; All hire equipment is to be used safely and in the correct manner it has been used for and this applies for equipment used at the
listed party venue address only and no other venue/location. All users using equipment
understand that there is a certain amount of risk and danger. HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY
are not liable or can be held responsible for any injury caused to people using
equipment. Every effort has been made to make equipment as safe as possible
to use. CANCELLATIONS;Due to the high volume of inquiries/bookings we receive
we do not accept cancellations, but credit is given if forwarded to another date.
This helps keep the prices down for all to enjoy. -A Cancellation Fee of $100.00
will apply if a customer has booked an activity or we either arrive on site and
the customer changes their mind or before/during/prior to finishing as a
result of a dispute/abuse/unsafe working conditions. OUTSOURCING;
In the event HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY needs to outsource for whatever reason, all grievances/inquiries
will be passed onto the outsourced company and the customer will take it up with
them.
